You can order up to the same morning before 09:00 a.m. To be safe, do it the night before — we'll make sure your favourite menu is available.
Call us at +34 93 717 83 35 or email pedidos@gumen-catering.com as soon as possible. If you let us know before 11:00 a.m. on pickup day, we cancel without charge. After that hour we will already have cooked it.
Yes. Every day we have a diet menu (steamed or oven-cooked, no fried food) and we declare the 14 EU-1169 allergens on every dish. If you have a specific allergy, talk to us before your first order — we will guide you.
Not at the moment — only pickup at our shop (C/ Tamarit 10, Sabadell). We are reactivating home delivery — if you want us to notify you when it is back, message us on WhatsApp or email.
At the shop we accept cash, card and Bizum. If you order online, payment is by card through the secure Redsys gateway.
No. You can order as a guest — we only ask for your name and phone so we know who's coming to pick up. You can create an account afterwards if you want to see your order history.
Yes — it stays perfect in the fridge for 24-48 hours. We give you instructions to reheat correctly in the microwave or oven to recover the original texture.
