Seven steps that bring the food home-style to your table

A daily cycle that runs without exception, every working day, for the past 28 years.

Before 10:00
You pick the daily menu
You open the website (or the app), browse the full daily menu with photos, ingredients and allergens. If you're a company, it's already pre-configured for your site. If you're an individual, you book directly. Daily cutoff: before 10:00 in the morning.

We cook fresh every morning
The team gets into the Sabadell kitchen. We peel, sauté, simmer. No ready-meals, no thawing. What hits the plate has been near a flame the same morning — fresh bonito, dried beans soaked the night before, bread kneaded right here.
100% recyclable
We pack into recyclable trays
Each dish goes into a laminated cardboard tray with a brand-new film lid (Pantone 2410C). All recyclable in the yellow bin. Label with date, batch, EU-1169 allergens and target temperature. Artisan bread in a paper bag on the side.
Company route or shop pickup
We deliver or you pick up
Companies: our in-house drivers run a daily route to your office within the time window agreed with HR. Individuals: you pick it up at our Sabadell shop (C/ Tamarit 10) at the time you choose between 11:00 and 14:30.
Microwave or oven
You reheat in 2 minutes
At the office or at home: microwave for 2 minutes at 800W, or oven for 5 minutes at 180°C. The tray handles both. Detailed guide per dish type (rices, pastas, legumes, fish, meat) at `/how-to-reheat`.

You eat home-style
At your desk, in the team room or in your own kitchen. Temperature, texture and plating are designed to land as if you'd just cooked — and the bread, always crusty. If anything is off, you call us.
80+ recipes/cycle
Continuous cycle, a new menu every day
Tomorrow we start a new menu. No lock-in or commitment — you can eat with us every day, a few days a week or just when you feel like it. Every 4-week cycle rotates 80+ Mediterranean recipes.

What makes us different

We're not an aggregator · we're a family kitchen

Glovo and Just Eat bridge you and the restaurant on the corner. We are the restaurant. We cook the food, run delivery ourselves and pick up the phone if something goes wrong.

We cook it ourselves

We don't aggregate third-party orders. The kitchen is ours, the chef is ours, the recipe is ours. You can come and see it.

Artisan bread included

Fresh bread included with every full menu — the same morning, from our partner bakery in Sabadell. Not a paid extra.

Real ingredients

If the menu says "chicken with samfaina", the chicken is chicken and the samfaina is made with fresh vegetables, not concentrate or industrial paste.

Full traceability

Every dish ships with a supplier-batch label and a target temperature. Audited by ASPCAT. If a company asks for the HACCP certificate, we have it ready in 5 minutes.

A real phone number

Family kitchen

28 years in Sabadell. The Gumen family is still in the kitchen. It's not the same as a multinational industrial caterer — and you can taste it.

The core of the service is the same for everyone — Mediterranean cooking made every morning. What changes is how you pay and how it gets to you.

If you're an individual

No account needed
You book directly from the website. You can create an account to speed up next time, but it’s optional.
Pay as you go
You pay by card on the spot (secure Redsys POS) or by cash/Bizum on shop pickup.
Shop pickup
C/ Tamarit 10, 08205 Sabadell. You pick up between 11:00 and 14:30. We also deliver to your home if you live within the Sabadell area.
Single dishes or family portions
Book 1 menu or 5. We have family-size portions for 4 people on some dishes — useful for the weekend.

If you're a company or team

On-site delivery
In-house drivers run a daily route to your office within the time window agreed with HR. Verified cold chain.
Monthly invoice to the company
The company gets a single clean monthly invoice with per-worker detail. PDF + CSV for your accountant. No individual admin from HR.
Flexible pay
Integrated with Cobee, Pluxee, Edenred, Sodexo, Up Spain, Ticket Restaurant and Endalia Flex. Your workers pay with their restricted card and save on income tax.
HR dashboard
Consumption per worker and team, on/off-boarding any time, diet and allergen filters (EU-1169) for internal audits.

Frequently asked

Doubts we get when people start

If your question isn't here, write to pedidos@gumen-catering.com — we reply in under 24h.

How late can I order lunch?

Until 10:00 the same day. After that the kitchen is already in production and we can't add orders. If you come to pick up without a reservation, it depends on stock — best to book ahead.

What if I have allergies?

Every dish is declared with the 14 EU-1169/2011 allergens on the website, in the HR dashboard and on the tray label. For severe allergies (peanuts, shellfish, nuts) give us 48h notice and we adapt the menu. Our HACCP control is audited by ASPCAT.

Do I need a user account to order?

If you're an individual, no — you can book without an account. If you're a worker at a partner company, yes: HR will have set you up with your configured subsidy. If you're not yet onboarded, write to HR or let us know.

Which areas do you cover for company delivery?

Today we cover Vallès Occidental, Vallès Oriental, Barcelonès, Baix Llobregat and Maresme with in-house drivers. If your site is outside the radius, write to us — if there's enough demand we open a new route in under a month.

What if I want to try Gumen before committing the company?

We bring a menu demo to your office for 10-15 people, no commitment. The team tastes the recipes and gives us direct feedback. From there we send a per-site proposal. Book a demo at pedidos@gumen-catering.com.

How does the food stay warm until lunch time?

We work with a verified cold chain — food travels at 0°C to 4°C from the kitchen to your site. You reheat for 2 minutes in the microwave (800W) or 5 minutes in the oven (180°C). The tray handles both. Detailed guide at `/how-to-reheat`.

What if I’m not happy with the meal?

You call +34 93 717 83 35 (9:00 to 18:00) or write to pedidos@gumen-catering.com. We solve the issue right away — either we replace the dish the next day or we refund that day’s amount, depending. Reputation first.
