GUMEN CATERING will keep the data of job applicants-candidates for the duration of the selection process for which they have submitted their application.

Purpose of processing:

To manage the subscription and sending of GUMEN CATERING's Newsletter and commercial communications.

Legal basis: consent of the data subject.

The legal basis for processing the data of recipients of the Newsletter and commercial communications is obtaining the recipient's unequivocal consent.

On the other hand, the legal basis for the processing and sending of Newsletters that GUMEN CATERING may carry out to its CUSTOMERS is GUMEN CATERING's legitimate interest.

Retention period:

We will keep the data of the recipients of the newsletter and commercial communications until the data subject withdraws their consent or requests to unsubscribe from the Newsletter and other commercial communications service in writing to rgpd@gumen-catering.com.

GUMEN CATERING is present on the following social networks: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and is the controller of the processing that GUMEN CATERING carries out of the data provided by GUMEN CATERING's followers on social networks.

The purpose of processing the data of social media followers is to inform them about GUMEN CATERING's services, in order to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

The legal basis for processing the data of social media followers is the consent of those followers, when they decide to follow or unfollow GUMEN CATERING.

Processing of video surveillance images

GUMEN CATERING has video surveillance cameras on its premises for the purpose of controlling access to GUMEN CATERING's facilities and providing security for those facilities. Ensuring the safety of people, property and facilities.

The recipients of the video surveillance images are the company's management and, where applicable, law enforcement agencies, courts and tribunals.

The period foreseen for the deletion of video surveillance images is ONE MONTH, except where they are communicated to law enforcement agencies and/or courts and tribunals.

The recipients of your data will be the staff, the company's management and the companies providing services to GUMEN CATERING that require access to personal data, which will only process your data as Data Processors and for the sole purpose of providing the services contracted to them by GUMEN CATERING.

GUMEN CATERING adopts the necessary measures to maintain the required level of security, depending on the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of the processing, so that we can prevent, as far as possible, the loss, alteration of and unauthorised access to personal data.

GUMEN CATERING guarantees the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the processing systems, as well as the verification of the effectiveness of the technical measures implemented to guarantee the security of your data, such as encrypting personal data where appropriate.
