1. Don't worry about cooking, dishes cooked and served on the same day. We believe this philosophy directly influences the quality of all ingredients and is our way of working.

2. We do it by adjusting the clock to the maximum so that the dishes have been cooked and served in the shortest possible time, as if we were cooking them in a show cooking and our diners were waiting for us to finish and serve them.

3. To comply with food safety protocols, we quickly lower the temperature of the dishes in the blast chiller.
Transportation is done in cold.

Heat and ready

Dishes cooked the same day, natural and fresh. Heat your dishes for 2 minutes in the microwave and enjoy. NO preservatives, NO additives.

Order online from our website

You can request the order for the same day, alternate days, or for the entire month. You choose.

Register with your company code.

Don't forget about your order!

Remember to place your order before 09:00 am on the same day. Check the time restrictions, as for some routes we need to leave earlier to reach your company on time. You can schedule your orders in advance and cancel them if any unexpected event occurs.

Deliveries

We deliver it wherever is most convenient for you. Usually, the delivery costs are €0, check with your company if we have any agreement with you. If we have an agreement with your company, please check the agreed-upon schedule. All deliveries are made between 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

How can I pay for my order?

Is your payment platform secure?

Without a doubt!
Our payment platform is designed for you to make your payments with total comfort and security. Also, keep in mind that we do not collect any of your card data; instead, we simply connect you with the bank's payment gateway where the transaction is processed.

What is Gumen credit?

Purchase Gumen credit and use it when you need it.

Example: For instance, if you have a daily budget of €12 and your regular order is €9.00, you can add €3 in Gumen credit, which will accumulate in your account and you can use it to pay for future menu or food delivery orders.

You can also purchase credit anytime without having to place an order.

How can I purchase credit?

When does my balance expire?

It doesn't expire. You can use it whenever you want.

Can I request my balance to be refunded in cash, on my card, or bank account?

No, this is not possible. Your balance will always be available for any purchase you make at Gumen.

How can I check my available balance?

Go to the My Account section (in the top right menu) and then to Gumen Credit. There you will find detailed information about the current balance.

How and where can I use my balance?

Using your balance is as easy as selecting Balance as the payment method when you proceed to checkout.

Can I submit tickets in paper format?

Yes, of course, you can hand them over to our delivery person in a sealed envelope with your customer number or full name. Or we can collect them wherever you prefer.
